Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or if we need to verify order information, processing may take longer. If this happens, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Time
After an order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 20-25 days.
Estimated total delivery time is usually 21-28 days, including order processing and shipping time.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your address cannot be selected at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if any, are displayed at checkout before you place your order. The final shipping cost depends on the delivery address, shipping method, and order value.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, we will help contact the carrier where possible, but we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@drnsk.com with in 7 days of the latest tracking update or delivery date. Please include your order number, email address, and photos of the damaged item or package if applicable.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your delivery location, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
