At DRNSK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains when and how you may return an item.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must include the original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Gift cards
- Final-sale items that are clearly marked "Final Sale" on the product page before purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
- Items returned without prior authorization

Sale and Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items may be returned within 30 days after delivery unless the product page clearly states "Final Sale" before purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at help@xmsy-aftersales.info with:

- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a solution at no additional cost to you.

If the return is for personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong size, color, or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us at help@xmsy-aftersales.info within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at help@xmsy-aftersales.info within 7 days after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@xmsy-aftersales.info. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped.
